You will immediately receive an email receipt from info@888fc.icu.
In some cases, additional information may be needed in order to complete the purchase, in which case you will immediately receive a follow-up email from info@888fc.icu with further instructions.
Handing time is generally 1~3 business days for all shipments. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by from date of purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We can only accept returns for unopened, unused and unmarked goods for 30 days from the date of purchase.
To return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Only return with a valid RMA number will be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Nex contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at info@888fc.icu.
EXCHANGE
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@888fc.icu.
WARRANTY
888fc sneakers are manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards. The 888fc Limited Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship of new 888fc products for ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase with proof of purchase, provided the goods are operated and maintained in conformity with the provided instructions. Any failed part of the goods will be repaired or replaced without charge at 888fc’s discretion. This warranty applies to 888fc goods only. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferrable. Only customers purchasing 888fc shoes from 888fc.icu may obtain coverage under our limited warranties.
WHAT IS COVERED?
888fc warrants against defects or workmanship as follows:
888fc will replace at no charge for parts only or, at its option, replace any product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use service and maintenance. If 888fc is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not practical or cannot be made in a timely fashion, ONEMIX may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.
HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?
Our warranty period is 90 days for 888fc shoes from the date of purchase, depending on the type of product.
WHAT IS 888fc NOT COVER?
Our warranties do not cover any problem that is caused by:
Normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or alteration.
Accessories, connected materials, and products, or related products not manufactured by 888fc.
Our limited warranties are void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered or any alterations.
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM?
888fc will not provide any warranty coverage unless claims are made in compliance with all terms of the controlling warranty statement including with your product and you follow proper return procedure. To request warranty service, you must provide:
The sales receipt or order number
A description of the problem
Please contact us to file a claim. A receipt providing the original purchase date will be required for all warranty claims. You may also be required to return the goods for inspection and evaluation. Return shipping costs are not refundable. ONEMIX is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Note:
Clearance products can only be exchanged for the same item.
The packages are sent via EMS, it is free shipping. And according to different countries, the delivery time need 15~35 days.

Tracking is included with all orders. Information will be sent by email when your order is ready to ship. It will update when the package has been picked up by your preferred carrier
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
These are not paid by us or included in the price of your products. Duty is the responsibility of the customer and will vary based on product and country. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
Orders are shipped Duties and Taxes Unpaid (DDU). We do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

Sales, specials, coupons, or discounts cannot be used for previous purchases.
